asciinema -i to get configuration

Kudos on getting close to asciinema 3 release. One feature I'd love to see is the ability to get the settings, especially as I switch directories or machines.

A big one would just be knowing the location of the .toml file, but really I'd like to know about every configurable setting (shell and filename pattern are super important). Pretty much everything in https://docs.asciinema.org/manual/cli/configuration/v3/

It appears that the filename setting is not in the toml file, but I'll add that as a separate issue.
