Invalid or revoked install ID

I have this problem when i record my Terminal. How to fix it?? I used linux ubuntu

asciinema: upload failed: Invalid or revoked install ID
asciinema: retry later by running: asciinema upload /tmp/tmpk6nt4pei-ascii.cast

How to remove ~/.asciinema/install-id (or ~/.config/asciinema/install-id)

I have asciinema 2.0.2 version

When i go to remove the file rm ~/.asciinema/install-id or rm ~/.config/asciinema/install-id i get an error "no such file or directory" Why?? Do you know something??
