Getting 401 Unauthorized when trying to raise an attestation api

when I am trying to raise an attestation using /send endpoint it is giving 401 Unauthorized as status and in the terminal logs it is giving ERROR o.k.a.rotation.AdapterTokenVerifier:123 - Didn't find publicKey for kid
