TSR Upscaling kills every upscaler!

Hey, is there a way to add TSR upscaling to games?
For example in Squad: the game is based on UE5 I think and if you set your resolution lower and tune the TSR settings like sample or idk how they are called, it give my much more FPS than FSR and dlss!
