Change assigned key for upscale menu in game - 60% keyboard hath no 'INS' key.

I switched to a 60% keyboard a short while ago to get around pressing unnecessary keys when gaming. Yes, I can go grab another keyboard and hook it up to get into the menu, but I'd much rather be able to change the assigned menu key once in the game. Instead of 'INS' maybe I could do 'PgUp' or 'Pg'Dn' or something else.

Open the optiscaler.ini file in the game folder and find this section.

VK_PRIOR	0x21	Page up key
VK_NEXT  	0x22	Page down key

I found the values for pgup and pgdn for you. Just replace auto with 0x21 or 0x22 whichever you want.
