Feature request: Option to deny DHCP leases to unknown clients in Kea GUI #9804

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Expose "Deny unknown clients" on management interface for Kea DHCP server.
Not as a security feature, but very useful if one wants to connect a machine and define rules before it comes online on the network.
Also, t would align with the deprecated ISC.

I think it would be nice to have a tick to activate this option in
/Services/Kea DHCP/Kea DHCPv4/Subnets/Edit Subnet
and
/Services/Kea DHCP/Kea DHCPv6/Subnets/Edit Subnet
Describe alternatives you considered
Currently, the only alternative is to configure the whole Kea server manually using the file /usr/local/etc/kea/kea-dhcp4.conf
