Prerequisite Task for GSoC 2026

I am Sudharshanam Buddha from Pune, India. I just read the "Contributor Guidance of OpenVINO Toolkit.

I tried solving a task from the 'Issues' section but most of them are already assigned to someone.

It would be great if you can assign me with a task to solve as mentioned in the "Guidelines".
