API Auth Locally

Hi Guys! I'm new here.
I'm running API and Frontend (well, all docker image :) ) locally and I can't start with API because swagger says "Start at the 'user.authenticate' endpoint" but don't says how use than endpoint.

If I log in to the frontend, I can use endpoints on swagger, but obviously I can't on PostMan for example.

Can you helpme?
