[MainUI] Map picker can select invalid longitude

Under Settings → System Settings → Regional Settings → Location I click on “Map” then zoom out, scroll to the right, click somewhere, then “Done”. As Location is stored “34.885931,1202.343750”. Valid values for longitude are between -180º and +180ª.

Seems to be a Leaflet bug. All the location picker does is take the location that leaflet emits.

This should be solvable by applying modulo 180 I think, though we have to look out that 180 itself stays possible to enter.
