Hide "Group Orders" select for certificate product #2710

Problematic Behavior
We noticed that the select for single order / group order was present when a student want to buy a certificate once the course enrolled. We want to deactivate / hide this feature.
Environment
- Latest version on Richie and Joanie in local with tunnel or in preprod.
Possible Solution
The API is already calling /payment-plan so we have the product ID and we need to see if it's a credential or a certificate to hide it.
