ADIOS/HDF5: Schema Creators for VTK

VizSchema - TechX: HDF5 (NetCDF?)

Add a script similar to #1 that automatically adds the markup for VizSchema (vsAttributes).

(Not all documentation and repositories of VizSchema are public...)

This is not the same as:

@cstatz has some scripts that should have enough information to create the vs schema markup for regular meshes in https://github.com/cstatz/maui-vs

a vs linter would be cool...
