If seen this on one of our PCs and on a client's PC, both with Win 11.
Even after following all installation instructions and installing the certificate, the controller shows up with a warning icon. Error Code 39: Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing.
The workaround until now has been to disable driver signature enforcement in the advanced option, accessed like this: In Windows Settings, search for "Advanced startup," and click "Restart now." After the system restarts, select "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced options" > "Startup Settings" > click "Restart." When the system restarted again, pressed 7 on the keyboard to select "Disable driver signature enforcement." from the list of options.
It might be worth looking into the installation process in case there is any additional step to take, or consider signing the drivers with microsoft.
