Annotation review status is unstable

Steps to reproduce

1. Upload this dataset as a new segmentation project; it consists of several annotated images.
2. Open the project and scroll down, then scroll up again

Expected

All images are marked as user-reviewed

Actual

Images in the top-half are correctly marked as user-reviewed, while images in the bottom are for-review. Oddly, after scrolling up, images that were previously shown as green are now reported as red.

Probably related: requests to the dataset/items endpoint fail; pagination is not used properly because the UI provides a limit without an offset.
