Summary

Consolidate internal-only skills into a single internal marketplace repository.

Context

Several internal skills are scattered across different locations: Flow Go testing/debugging skills, security research skills, BD-related tools, and internal operations tools. These need to be consolidated into one internal marketplace, separate from the public one.

Acceptance Criteria

• Internal marketplace repo created or designated
• Existing internal skills migrated (Flow Go testing, security research, BD tools, ops tools)
• GitHub Actions set up to pull updates from source repos
• Access controls configured for Flow Foundation team
