'quick_create' field option #16066

'quick_create' option is explained while not havican_createng any mention in code. Maybe an obsolete mention shall be added.
Too, just above 'can_create' and 'can_write' description are not really clear. (I read in forum that this override access rules.,, but not tested yet )
