Time range picker overlaps and appears at the top when scrolling in Advanced Options during Audit Log Export #5394

Describe the bug
When creating an Audit Log export and scrolling down to Advanced Options, the Time Range selector detaches from its original position and appears floating at the top of the screen. This causes a UI overlap and breaks the expected layout behavior.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Audit Logs
2. Click on Create Export
3. Scroll down to Advanced Options
4. Observe the Time Range selector moving to the top of the screen instead of staying in its original section

Expected behavior
The Time Range selector should remain fixed within its designated section and should not overlap or float to the top when scrolling through Advanced Options.
