Long-term stability of data format - follow IETF initiatitives JSON Schema

There is a new JSON Schema draft at https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-dusseault-json-schema-00.html
that may indicate movement (five years after after 2020-12) we should follow to prepare for long-term stability of our central data format.
