Does not retain state of toolbar, status bar, cp

Configuration options such as shortcuts are retained but hidden/visible status of toolbar, status bar and control panel are not retained on restart. Win 10 LTSB, 1607. Reproducibility: 100%.
(Note: I haven't even used vanilla or 0CC before, so maybe this is carried over.)

i never tried moving toolbars and expecting them to stay after a restart, idk. Unlikely I'll add that functionality.

Understood and not a big deal. But shouldn't the visible/hidden status be retained? That's not a big deal either but fwiw.
