Where can we find the last evaluation in bbob data? #57

Description

@nikohansen

Observations from five different data sets:

  1. The last evaluation can always be found in the .info files, in the line that points to the .dat file. The best f-value is given with two digits of precision only.
  2. In data sets from 2009, 2015, 2022, 2023 from the archive: the .tdat file contains the last evaluation, the .dat file does not.
  3. A data set I generated in December 2025: the .dat and .tdat files contain the last evaluation.

I think this should be corrected in case we would ever re-archive the data. Preferably, each and every data file should contain the last evaluation of the run.

When (since which version) did this change in the code? EDIT: since v2.6.101.
