Removal of MetaTag delivery method #32
Description
The module has historically supported the delivery of a a CSP via meta tags. The default/preferred method is to deliver this via HTTP response headers as that method supports all CSP features.
Metatag delivery does not allow report-only features, and support for certain directives is absent (e.g report-uri for Firefox). This issue flags that support for it will be removed in an upcoming major release.
