Why this should be a ForgeCat profile

Ontoly ships a public Agent Skills collection for deterministic software understanding workflows. It gives coding agents reusable workflows for architecture review, impact analysis, request tracing, dependency analysis, configuration analysis, framework analysis, dead-code analysis, documentation, refactoring, and related repository-understanding tasks.

The profile would help developers install those skills into supported coding agents and use Ontoly's Software Graph / MCP capabilities before falling back to source search.

ForgeCat does not currently support converting and installing the full scope of everything in this repository, including CLI package/install files and some package-level runtime surfaces. Within the parts ForgeCat can currently represent, I converted the compatible Ontoly agent-skill/MCP/documentation surface into a ForgeCat profile here:
