git-sh-setup not found

Thanks for sharing this script, I just tried installing and running it but it bails with the following error:

$ git-rebase-all master feature_branch
/usr/local/bin/git-rebase-all: line 15: git-sh-setup: No such file or directory

OS X 10.7.4
git version 1.7.11.1 (installed via homebrew)

Presumably this can be closed now.
