Feature Request: Config option to disable three headed model

It looks weird when you realize both Wither and Ender Dragon(s) are three headed. So a config option disable new dragon model would be amazing

I support this. Lots of really cool Ender Dragon resource packs that sadly break with this mod installed.

Bumping this, it'd be nice to use thematic resource packs. An entity model would be equally appreciated so that resource artists can make compatibility patches. I think it's also quite possible now for the mod to use resource packs for the 2 heads too, using the parent head's model and texture (which would naturally be overwritten by a resourcepack that edits those components.

Edit: the mod would have to allow optifine and emf resources to work, some mods don't do that, like AE2. And FYI optifine does not mean making your mod use optifine, that's just what structure entity model features uses because optifine's folder structure is so prevalent it might as well. I see a lot of misinterpretations about that, so I'm pre-explaining.
