Allow manual langpacks download from our website #41
Description
Currently users can only download langpack from Nightingale, it would be nice to allow manual download too in case of issues with Internet connection and also for bundles.
Mozilla currently host them in Add-ons website. We could do it to for next release aka 1.12.1
