Attachment files are displayed for bots with a language key

Hi @nickvergessen,

when a bot browses the news pages, if there is a attachment file in a post (news) there is a message instead: OK, but it’s not the text of the language key, it’s the name of the language key, especially this name: `DOWNLOAD_NOTICE`
