Naming problem: ENA package(s)

Atm., there's only 1 ENA package: ena@1.0.0. But

1. this is not the "basic" ENA package, thus the name sounds too much like the mother of all ENA packages. Instead, it tackles a checklist for plant samples
2. there will be additional ENA packages that are not about what the current package is about

Therefore, the name should be changed to ena-plant-sample@1.0.0.
