ARC "Create from template" is working but presentation is a bit off

Problem description:

• "ARC" > "Create from template" > "Preview" is wrongly linked to the Preview for "Rails" (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/project-templates/rails)
• "Create from template" for ARCs is correctly working but the template name "ARC" is not shown resp. if another Template was chosen before and then changed to "ARC", the template's name is not updated

ARC template is basically working (= created) which is really nice, but the misleading presentation is just off for unexperienced users and annyoing when presenting the Hub's functions to new users.

Thank you for the report. This is known and we are still working on a solution to fix those display bugs.
