Publish Docker Container on GitHub

We should not only provide a buildable repo, but also ship a built docker container.

I suppose this might be somewhat related. I tried building the docker container that is described in the readme, but received an error at Step 9/14. The full output I received is shown below.

Edit: It seemed that the BUILD_CONFIGURATION in the Dockerfile needs to be in quotation marks for the docker build command to run through successfully.

Thanks for your input, I couldn't replicate the error but it seems to work here with the fix too, so I guess that's good 😆

I think it might be related to trying to run this on Linux, I have actually encountered issues with quotation marks in a similar context before. Not sure what the reason is, but if it works for both of us that's perfect 👍
