Description of feature
The filter_recruited local module that comes after hmmer_hmmsearch can silently discard families if the family model can not recruit back in any sequences, due to very strict user-set thresholds. This is a very rare case where a family can be dropped, and the module could be updated to also output a MultiQC-ready report with the initial family id and the discard reason.
Can downstream mix this _mqc file with other similar post family creation QC discard reports, such as #61)
