Update QIIME2 incl. barplot & diversity analysis

Description of feature

The pipeline in version 2.16.1 uses QIIME2 v2024.10. Newer QIIME2 versions offer some relevant improvements.

An update to QIIME2 v2026.4 could come with the following improvements:

• more robust version of diversities with q2 kmerizer & boots instead of q2 diversity (v2025.10) explained here
• new interactive barplot (v2026.1) (seems to be postponed, not yet in v2026.04.0)
• reporting with qiime tools make-report (the report cannot be viewed as html directly, as described here)
• use containers on quay? (v2026.04.0 is out since 3 weeks but no container yet)
• providing e as the base to Shannon's Diversity Index (the shannon-entropy action, default 2) will match the Shannon values generated by vegan, scikit-bio, and other tools
• addition of ANCOM-BC2 explained here: qiime composition ancombc2, identical to ancombc but qiime composition ancombc2-visualizer instead of da-barplot (v2025.4)

Possibly that has to be broken down into smaller PRs...
