Windows Prover Crashes Immediately with exit code 0xc0000374 (Unsigned Binary)

I am running the latest Nexus Windows CLI (v0.10.17). The prover starts, attempts a task, and immediately fails with:

Proof generation failed
Subprocess error: Prover subprocess failed with status: exit code: 0xc0000374.

This happens every time, even after doing a full clean setup:
Removed old CLI installs
Crated a fresh folder (C:\Nexus) outside OneDrive
Downloaded the latest .exe directly from the Releases page.
Verified no antivirus blocks.
Checked RAM usage (63% total, plenty free)
Confirmed file is not in use
Ran from Command Prompt with:
cd C:\Nexus
. \nexus-network-windows-x86_64.exe start

The binary still fails instantly.

Digital Signatures Check:
Right-click
Properties
Digital Signatures

The Windows binary shows no signatures at all (both Embedded and Catalog are empty). This may indicate a corrupted or unsigned Windows build.

System Info:
Windows 11
16 GB Ram
Nexus CLI v0.10.17
Clean install, no OneDrive, no path issues
Same error persists every run

Expected Behavior
Prover should begin proof generation normally,

Actual Behavior
Prover crashes within 1-2 seconds with heap corruption error 0xc0000374

Please advise or patch the Windows build.
