Wallet Re-registration/relinking

I need help with my Nexus Node linked to my wallet:
0xa1ee7650d9214b4913fb775e9093491e56369f82

Due to VM termination, I lost all local config files, including the User ID.
I cannot re-register the wallet because it already exists, and the Node cannot authenticate.

Could you help me retrieve the original User ID so I can restore the Node on a new VM?
