Crash during refactoring

Refactoring crashes during the proccess. Unfortunattely, the error log is empty.
WIth disabled plugin everything works fine.

When I want to refactor name of a class.
It crashes during Looking for usages phase

Which class are you renaming? The one that has createcomponent method?
Could you please provide me more info? Exact steps, isolated code, recorded
video etc. Thx
