Right now, regex words are allowed inside option sets, order sets, and phrases while dictionary sets are not.
Implementing this for order sets might cause extremely complex queries. I.e. the query { #foo #bar #baz #boo } will blow up to 240.000 norm queries (assuming that each dictset matches 10 words/phrases). However, the same is also true for order sets containing regex words (e.g. { the* are* only* human* }). This is all caught by a complexity check, so we will reject extremely complex queries anyway.
