Update peer-group settings to include any session settings

Hi,

Similar to issue #176 and pull #181, I'm hoping you would be willing to add the same functionality to the peer-group object.

Since a peer-group is a way to collate config settings for a set of sessions, anything you can do on a single BGP session should be possible on the peer-group as well:

• prefix-list in
• prefix-list out
• local and remote ASN
