not use of the configured --homedir from the entity record 

The entity record can include `--homedir` info, this is ignored in the `passwd` record.

Also the configured `--homedir` record don't create the homedir if missing. So e.g. on ssh-login with the key `SSH`, get via `NetKeys`:
