Sending a file from my computer to my cell phone has a chance of showing unresponsive

It's normal to send files from cell phone to computer, but there seems to be a cooling off period for sending files from computer to cell phone, the first file sent is normal, and the second file sent will prompt 'the device you are trying to share with is not responding', and then wait for a while before it can be sent.
My phone is xiaomi android 13.

The computer transfers the files to the mobile phone, and there is no notification on the Nearby Sharing software on the mobile phone!

Same issue here, no notifications while attempting to send files from PC, but sending files from the phone works fine. Using Android 16 based HyperOS 3 on Xiaomi 17 series, Windows 11 25H2
