CV post processing

During the GEF kickoff we discussed that some InVEST models could really benefit from some inherit post processing. Jess and Jade indicated that CV was a clear example that perhaps already has documentation and design for what would be useful. We should meet to scope this further and get into the details.

This came up again in a meeting. There is some CV post processing that most users / analysts do to make the default outputs useful. It could be nice to roll this right into the model.
