MVSCE release has wrong dataset record type for RXLIB and SAMPLES

In the latest release for V2R5M3 (JULY 11,2024), the RXLIB and SAMPLES datasets unpack as FB 80, and end up cutting off some of the scripts.
I ended up transferring them over from TK5 and they are VB as expected and work.

It may just be the REXXTRY member that has an issue
