Error using sparse, when concatenate grain2d

Hi, MTEX gives errors as follows when I do grains = [grains_004; grains_006]. Grains_004 is 2366 x 1 grain2d and grains_006 is 3076 x 1 grain2d. I never had this problem when I concatenated other grain2ds...

Error using sparse

Index exceeds array bounds.

Error in grainBoundary/get.I_VF (line 213)
      I_VF = sparse(f,i,true,size(gB.allV,1),size(gB.F,1));

Error in grainBoundary/subSet (line 24)
  gB.triplePoints = subSet(tP,any(gB.I_VF(tP.id,:),2));

Error in grainBoundary/cat (line 144)
      gB = gB.subSet(ind);

Error in dynProp/vertcat (line 48)
      dp = cat(1,varargin{:});

Error in grain2d/cat (line 24)
  grains.boundary = [grains.boundary; ng.boundary];

Error in dynProp/vertcat (line 48)
      dp = cat(1,varargin{:});

Can someone please help?

Otherwise, please provide more information, especially the mtex version you were using.

Hi Rüdiger,

I did not solve that problem. However I have moved on. Because I realised it is not very good to concatenate the grains. I should only concatenate the properties I want, for example [grains_004.diameter; ..._006.diameter; ..._005.diameter]. Thanks so much.
