What were you trying to do?
We were uploading files at a cutoff time and ran into a problem with the SFTP agent connection. This resulted in an email sent that said "file was uploaded" but did not contain any mention of an error. We should clearly state this file was not uploaded.
What did you expect to see?
The email subject and body should clearly mention an error occurred when attempting the upload.
What did you see?
No mention of an error.
