Citation file

Add a CITATION file to the repository. This file should also be copied to every output folder. Desired content:

• This pipeline (preprint or publication, until then Sickel et al. 2015)
• NCBI
• other used programs (edirect, NCBI::Taxonomy, dispr, hmmer)

I created a preliminary CITATION file that is part of the default output. However this file needs some improvements:

• Add zenodo doi for our code
• Add full citation as soon as our paper (or preprint?) is out
• Add proper citation for included tools instead of plain links
• Add CITATION file in cff format (standardized, human readable, machine readable)
