Profile Cards will soon be replaced by the Discovery hub

In the upcoming release, Profile Cards will be retired and replaced by the brand-new Discovery hub. This change is designed to make modcore EM faster, cleaner, and easier to use - focusing on usability, discoverability, and workflow rather than cosmetic or personalization features.

Why This Change?

Profile Cards were a first attempt at adding a personal touch inside modcore EM, showing stats, badges, and profile information. While fun, we realized most users prefer quick access to features without extra clutter.

Discovery puts all your tools in one convenient hub, making it easier to find and use the features you need.

What’s New in Discovery

• Feature Grid - Icons representing all modcore EM tools in a clean, scannable layout.
• Clickable Access - Open any feature (Automations, Inspect, Extensions, etc.) with one click.
• Reorderable Icons - Customize the order of your most-used tools.
• Quick Actions - Enable/Disable All extensions, open Chrome’s native extension page, and more.
• Clean Design - Focused on functionality - no usernames, badges, or stats cluttering the view.

What’s Changing from Profile Cards

Badges	❌ Removed	Gamification removed to prioritize usability
Stats (usage, first launch, etc.)	❌ Removed	Non-essential info removed for simplicity
Profile Card (username/avatar)	❌ Removed	Personalization no longer required to access features

Everything else you rely on - extensions, workflows, and tools - remains fully supported.

How to Access Discovery

1. Click the Discovery icon at the top-right of modcore EM.
2. Explore the grid of features and click any icon to open its tool.
3. Drag icons around to customize your workflow.
4. Use Quick Actions to manage extensions efficiently.
