Add version dependent derived UIDs

We would like to have more than one version of the AI generated derived image series in PACS. Currently the UIDs are (if derived -u) just the originals with .3 and .4 appended. Instead, create a proper UID with our root prefix and a numeric hash (no leading zeroes) that includes the version (new command line option). This should be done for all image generating scripts in pr2mask.
