Describe the bug

CodeCov pipeline error ist not recognized:

Expected behavior/Solution

1. pipeline errors should not let the job succeed
2. Pipeline should not fail

denke schon. Man muss "nur" das rate limit ausschöpfen und dann failed die pipeline..
