图纸部分文字会偏移位置，位置不正确

你好，图纸部分文字会往左偏移位置，位置不正确，不确定什么问题，可以帮我排查一下吗？

Sorry, I've realized that the screenshot I uploaded yesterday was not entirely correct. The picture below is the correct one. There is another issue: The annotations in the drawings and the table in the lower right corner are not displayed either. @mlightcad

@csq0668 I took a look at it and found it is related to dwg parser (libredwg). If converting it to dxf, it should be able to display the drawing correctly.

@Tsui-sk I tried this issue in the latest build. The only issue is that character “页” and “第” are overlapped. Other issues should be fixed.
