When exposing outputs allow a user to ignore certain file types #326

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now, all the outputs are exposed, including intermediate files. Would be nice and easier to allow a user to specify file types to ignore. For instance, the jpeg needed to make the output movies.
