- fresh checkout
- docker run --rm -v $(pwd):/ws -v /tmp:/tmp mintproject/mint_dt ./examples/topoflow4/topoflow_climate_new.yml
- Error: File "/ws/funcs/topoflow/topoflow_climate.py", line 69, in init assert not os.path.exists(output_file), AssertionError

- Remove examples/topoflow4/dev directory from commit
