UNAVAILABLE STATE Chapters still goes to Download

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Mihon
2. Select a title (with or without opening it)
3. Click download unread (having been refreshed the metadata already recently)
4. App now tries to download unread chapters
5. Chapters stuck and won't download
6. Checking the "download queue" being automatically refreshed but not downloading the chapters
7. Opening the title gives you all these chapters UNAVAILABLE in state, but still has Downloading state to them. (Knowing I enabled it through the extension's settings)

Expected behavior

Downloading en masse should not register unavailable chapters going inside the download queue.

Actual behavior

It goes inside download queue which halts the progress of still available downloadable ones
