Is "Create fixed duration segments" bugged?

Can someone explain what's the problem here (Windows, 3.68.0)? I could not find any way to trigger the function and not get "input a valid duration" error.

Not bugged, just misleading, the random video I dropped to test this feature on was shorter than the 14 sec I was trying to input.

Thank you! Sorry for the noise, it was a clear user error but I was genuinely puzzled for a while. It was not until I looked at the source that I realized my mistake.
